The programme includes a section to support innovative start-ups to identify the conditions for the success of the initiative.
Unlike other software applications, SIRC takes into consideration not only the previous business results, but also the future prospects of the business in its operating environment.

Product description

Product version Sirc_01_a , is available on this website, and consists of the following:-

1.    Product Presentation (Tav.000_a)

2.   Process Map describing the procedure to determine the   expected competitiveness (Tav.0_a)

3.    Summary Form listing the evaluation criteria (i.e. strategy,  internal  and external environment), in order to determine the    level of competitive advantage of the business (Tav.1_a)

Product Sirc_01_b , available on request (via email) consists of Tav.1_a  which will enable you to calculate the competitive advantage. This is based on the specific situation of the individual enterprise and the personal evaluation of the user.

An additional set of tables (TT.VV_01_c) for the structured compilation of Tav.1_a is also available via email                   (Product Sirc_01_c )
